Exchange and Return Policy
Inato baby store's exchange and return policy aims to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Deadline for exchange/return:
The customer has a period of 15 days, counting from the date on which they received the item, to request an exchange or return.
Conditions for exchange/return:
The product must be sent in the same condition in which it was received, including the product box.
You will need to contact geral@inatobabystore.com so that you can proceed with sending it.
Opened products will not be accepted unless they have manufacturing defects.
The customer must provide the order number, product description and the reason why they wish to exchange or return the product.
Analysis/approval :
Inato baby store will check whether the conditions for exchange or return are in order.
If your return request is accepted, Inato baby store will provide instructions on how to return the product.
Exchange due to defect/shipping error:
If the product has a defect or was sent incorrectly, Inato baby store will bear the shipping costs for the return and resending of the correct/non-defective product.
Reimbursement:
The refund will be made in the same way as the original payment.
After receiving the product at our facilities and approving the return, Inato baby store will refund the amount within 30 (thirty) days.
Additional information:
Inato baby store reserves the right to refuse exchanges or returns that do not meet the specified conditions.
