  • Trade policy

  • The "seller" Sabrina Correia da Silva has products for sale on the website www.inatobabystore.com.

  • The “Consumer” is the individual who acts/buys.
    These terms and conditions exclusively regulate the offer, transmission and acceptance of orders placed on www.inatobabystore.com between consumers of the online store and the seller.
  • The "Consumer" must provide the "Seller" with his/her email address or other form of contact so that the "Seller" can contact him/her using this information, if necessary.

  • Order

    If you wish to order from www.inatobabystore.com, the consumer must have an email address.

    To place an order at www.inatobabystore.com simply follow these steps:

    1. Select the products you wish to purchase;
    2. Add products to Cart;
    3. Complete the purchase;
    4. Select a payment option and a shipping option;
    5. Make the payment and review the order;
    6. You will receive an email confirming your order (check your spam folder);

    We reserve the right not to accept the order, or to cancel it even after confirmation, if it is not in accordance.

    When you send the order form, you are accepting the general conditions available at www.inatobabystore.com

    Inato Baby Store may not process orders that are not guaranteed to be paid in full; incorrect orders, orders with incomplete information, missing shipping details or when there is insufficient stock of the products. In these cases, an email will be sent informing you that the order has been cancelled and specifying the reasons for the cancellation, and the money will be refunded.


    Right not to accept an order or to cancel a purchase

    Inato baby store may refuse an order in the following cases:

    • The product is no longer in stock (payments will be duly returned to the consumer);
    • The billing/delivery address is not correct;
    • When the order is flagged as incorrect or susceptible to fraud;
    • Payment is not received by us within 2 (two) business days.

  • Guarantees/value of products.

    Payment methods

    Find the available payment methods on the website www.inatobabystore.com. We do not accept any other payment method other than those provided.

  • Order security

  • The store www.inatobabystore.com uses a security technology available among available encryption platforms.
    Payment information is encrypted from the moment it is entered until the transaction is processed and is not saved. Inato baby store cannot be held responsible for any failure to use electronic means of communication, nor for failures/delays in the delivery of electronic communications from third parties.
  • Payments will be processed if the information used for billing is viable.

  • Price

    Product prices include VAT (Value Added Tax). Shipping costs are calculated per order. The shipping cost is €4.90 for home delivery, €3.90 for delivery to a delivery point or free shipping for purchases over €85.

    Prices are shown in euros.

    Final price
    The final price displayed at checkout includes taxes and shipping costs.

    Price changes
    Product prices are subject to change. Inato baby store reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

  • Quality and guarantee

    Inato baby store does not sell second-hand or defective products.

    In terms of images and colors, the products presented on www.inatobabystore.com may not correspond exactly to reality due to the browser and monitor used.

    Do not remove labels from products if you want to return them, otherwise Inato baby store may not accept them.

    Shipping and delivery

    Our carrier ships products on business days.

    To receive the order, someone must be at the address provided. We do not include the option to schedule or book an appointment.

    A delivery is complete when the delivery receipt is signed.

    Inato baby store cannot be held responsible for the failure to comply with any obligation arising from an event of force majeure or beyond its control.

  • Confirmation upon delivery

    The customer must confirm the packaging. If the products are found to be damaged, the customer should not accept the order. The order will be returned to the Inato baby store facilities, which will refund the amount paid.

    If you do not receive your order within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of placing the order, you must file a complaint. After 30 days, Inato baby store will not be responsible for the loss of the order.

  • Shipping cost

    The shipping cost is calculated per order. The shipping cost is €4.90 for home delivery, €3.90 for delivery to a delivery point or free shipping for purchases over €85.

  • Returns

    The consumer may cancel the order, as long as it has not yet been shipped. If you wish to cancel, you must contact Inato baby store and request the cancellation, you can do so by emailing geral@inatobabystore.com.

    If the order is accepted, the consumer will be informed of this decision by email and the cancellation will be processed free of charge. If the order is no longer possible, the order will be sent and the consumer must refuse it.


    Return of defective products

    The consumer may return the products if they are found to be defective or otherwise non-compliant. The return may be made within a period of 15 days. If the complaint is accepted, the price and shipping costs will be refunded.

    If the consumer is not satisfied with the products ordered, they can return them within 15 days of receipt, provided that:

    The products have not been washed or used (the consumer can try on clothes/accessories/shoes to test the size and shape, but cannot use, wear or leave signs of use);

    The packaging is not damaged (packages that are opened carefully will not be considered damaged).

  • Conditions applicable to Promotional Codes

  • When used in accordance with the established rules, a code enables the consumer to benefit from a discount during the period indicated in the promotional code.

  • Promotional codes can only be applied to online purchases made on the website.

    The use of codes is restricted to one use per order only. Promotional codes cannot be combined with other promotions.

    Promotional codes are not exchangeable for cash.

  • Discount validity

  • Discounts on the website are valid for the time they are displayed on the website, unless otherwise stated.

  • Responsibility

  • Inato Baby Store will be liable for damages only if such damages result from breaches of contractual obligations or applicable legal liability.
  • The store's liability is limited to damage to the products, reasonable costs for investigating the damage, and compensation will not exceed the price of the products involved.
  • The store is not responsible for damages to third parties or damages caused by improper use of the products.
  • Not responsible for damages resulting from incorrect information on the website.
  • The limitations of liability do not apply in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

    • The terms and conditions are governed by Portuguese law.

    Change of Terms and Conditions:

    • Inato baby store may change the terms and conditions at any time, but the customer is subject to the terms in force on the date of purchase, unless the law requires changes.

    • Despite the care taken with the website, Inato Baby Store is not responsible for errors or incomplete information, except in cases of intent or negligence.
